Bihar PMS Online Post Matric Scholarship 2026-27 Form. The Govt. of Bihar has initiated the process for applying for the PMS Online Bihar Post Matric Scholarship 2026-27 for those students who have cleared your class 10th (Matriculation) are eligible and belong to SC/ST/BC/EBC/OBC categories. It is a financial scholarship for those who pursue their higher education after Class 10.
Those Students who are Eligible for it can apply through the Official Portal of PMS from 15th July 2026 for all students. The last date for Apply of applications has not been announced yet by the Govt. of Bihar Department.
This Scholarship will be useful for those Students who are engaged education in Intermediate, ITI, Polytechnic, Graduation, Post Graduation, Engineering, Medical, Diploma, or any other post matric recognized course.

Who can apply for PMS?
Eligibility Criteria
Those Students who apply for PMS Scholarship, students have to fulfill the following condition are eligible.
- Parmanent Resdent of Bihar.
- Belongs to SC/ST/EBC/BC.
- Passed with 10th Class
- Candidate bank link with Adhaar Card
- Students Enrolled/Passed in 10th(Matriculation), 12th (Intermediate), Graduation, Polytechnic, ITI, Diploma, Engineering, Medical, PG or Eqivallent Cource.
