Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released an official notification UPSSSC Pharmacist Recruitment 2026 for the recruitment of Pharmacist posts under the Directorate of Medical and Health Services, Uttar Pradesh. A total of 560 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive under Advertisement No. 01-EXAM/2026.

Applicants must possess diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institution and must also be registered with the State Pharmacy Council, Uttar Pradesh.

UPSSSC Pharmacist Exam Plan and Syllabus 2026
There will be 1 question paper in the written examination, which will contain 100 questions and the total time duration will be 2 hours. The questions of the examination will be objective and multiple-choice type. Each question will be of 1 mark. There is a provision of negative marking for each wrong answer, which will be 25 percent i.e. 1/4 of the marks prescribed for that question.
