IDBI Bank JAM and Assistant Manager Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade O :
Graduation with a minimum of 60% for general, EWS, and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a university.
Assistant Manager Grade A:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Experience: Post-qualification work experience of Minimum 2 years in any scheduled public sector bank/scheduled private sector bank/cooperative bank/regional rural banks.
Applicants having experience in branch banking, operations, retail assets, credit, sales, and third-party products, etc., shall be preferred.
