Bihar Diploma Lateral Entry Admission 2026 Online

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has invited online applications for the Diploma Entrance Competitive Examination (Lateral Entry) DECE LE 2026. This entrance exam is conducted for admission into various diploma courses through lateral entry for the academic session 2026–27.  All eligible and interested male and female candidates can apply online at BCECE Board official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in from 20th March 2026 to till the application last date 23rd April 2026.

Bihar Diploma LE Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with subjects such as Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Biology, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational subjects, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, or Entrepreneurship as per Annexure-7. Alternatively, candidates who have completed Class 10 along with a 2-year ITI course are also eligible for admission directly into the second year of Diploma courses in any branch of Engineering and Technology. The affiliating body will provide suitable bridge courses, including Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering Drawing, for students from different academic backgrounds to help them achieve the required learning outcomes of the program.
